Did my sprint workout on the treadmill this morning. I do 5 min at 6.0, then alternate 9.0/6.0 every 30 seconds for 5 minutes, 8.0/6.0, for 5 minutes, 9.0/6.0 (etc) for a total of 1/2 an hour. Felt okay, a little tired (maybe I shouldn't stay up so late watching the Olympics :) ). 8.0 feels pretty good after doing 9.0. Wonder if I could run an entire 1/2 marathon at that pace??? |
