Ran DOWNHILL with my best friend this morning.  She is wanting to do her first ever half marathon and it is a lot of downhill.  She keeps getting told by people that downhill runs are the worst.   Seriously, who are these people?!?!?  I tell her they are the best!!  So, we went out to do a run this morning and prove all those other yay hoos wrong!  It was really fun, and felt good to get out, especially as I hadn't run in a week with all the moving stuff going on.  Unfortunately, I forgot to time it, but it was okay.  By myself, I could have gone a lot faster, but it was fun to do a run with her.
