Sprint workout at 5:15 a.m. this morning. No one should have to get up in the morning and see the clock starting with a 4. But, guess I better get used to it. Twice a week, anyway. And, time to lay off that coke and ice cream :) I could tell it had been awhile since I did this workout. But, I'm always glad I did it when it is over. Splits: 1 mile: 7:25 800: 3:48 400: 1:48 800: 3:54 400: 1:44 800: 3:53 Brought my music along this morning. Hubby always rolls his eyes at me. But, I truly believe it helps me run faster. . . :) |
