Woke up with an upset stomach this morning. Decided to try to just sweat it out. Ran my 4 miles up to the grain bins and back. Knew I was going slower than normal, but didn't realize just how slow till I checked my time when I got back. I was a whole 7 MINUTES slower than yesterday!! Wow!! Guess I really was feeling rotten! And, don't think I sweat it all out either, unfortunately. Felt really drained when I got back and thinking it's gonna be a long day. |
