Went to bed EARLY last night because I was exhausted. Made no difference. Still woke up coughing at 1 a.m. then, when I finally got back to sleep, woke up again at 5. What was the point of going to bed early? Dragged my sorry butt out of bed at 6 (okay, it was probably 6:15), and got on the treadmill. Did my easy 3 miles and followed up with Jillian's workout. Of course I feel better when I'm through (who doesn't like a good sweat??) but CAN NOT wait to get a decent night's sleep soon. Maybe tonight??? No workout tomorrow so I can even sleep in a bit. . . hmmm, here's hoping. |
