This morning's 4 was not so great. I originally intended to get up a bit earlier and do 6, but the dark and my comfy bed convinced me that 4 was okay again for this morning. And, after doing my miles, I'm glad that's all I did. I was almost 3 minutes slower this morning than last. I never could get a kick in my step, I just felt so tired today. I even went to bed early last night - hubs said I got TOO much sleep and that's why I was tired. Gotta disagree. Felt great to get a little extra sleep :) |
