Sprints on the treadmill this morning. Started out tired (HATE daylight savings time) and wishing I put an extra day in between long runs and sprints, but about 10 minutes into it, it seemed to actually be going by fast and continued that way till the end. Guess that means I'm not as beat up as I thought! :) My lower calf/achilles has been starting to give me a little pain again, lately. Just toward the end of the workout today and toward the end on Saturday, too. Hoping that it's nothing serious and I can just stretch it out good. |
