Sprint workout on treadmill. Warm up at 10 min/mile pace for 5 min. Then alternate 6.0/9.0 in 30 minute increments for the next 15 minutes. Then 8.0/6.0 for 5 minutes. Then 9.0 & 8.0/6.0 for the last 5 minutes. On the last 30 second interval I did a 10.0 - WOW! Thought I was going to fall off the treadmill at first! lol - Then, got my feet under me and it wasn't so bad. Good workout.
