Ran 13 miles this morning. Felt tired/sluggish off and on (I'm sure it was because I was running on an empty stomach), but overall it was okay. I finished in just over 2 hours (2:02) which made me feel pretty good as I have a 1/2 marathon coming up in a few weeks and have been wondering how my time is going to compare to my PR last fall. I WILL eat something before the race :) so I know I ought to feel pretty good on race day and should be able to do something in the 1:50's, which is what I was hoping for in this race. |
