Did some tempo runs today. Started out with 5 minutes at a 6.0, 5 minutes at 6.5, then 5 minutes at 7.0. Then, repeated. Kind of liked this workout. Definitely made being on the treadmill seem like it went by faster :) If I'm back on it again this weekend, I might try it for an hour next time. Then, did some strength training after. Felt good to do the 7.0. Maybe this means I haven't lost it too much? ;) |
