Did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning at a 7.0 (8.34) pace. This ended up being about 3.5 miles. It felt a little fast, but it really shouldn't. It's about my normal pace. Although, I think I'm figuring out why the treadmill is so much more difficult than outdoors (aside from the obvious reasons :) ). My treadmill's lowest incline is a 1.5. So, we're not completely flat, are we? Which is both good and bad. Good, because I'm not training downhill or flat, but bad, because mentally, it really gets to me. Wish it wasn't fall/winter training now, I miss the outdoors. But, I'll keep at it :) |
