Did 3.25 on the treadmill at a 6.5 this morning. Probably shouldn't have. Felt kind of achy afterwards, so I didn't do the rest of my strength training. My youngest is still battling a high fever and I'm hoping it doesn't spread to anyone else, but tis the season I suppose. Was hoping that I wasn't experiencing the beginnings of the sickness when I started feeling achy, but I feel okay now. Knock on wood. . . :) |
