3.25 on the treadmill at a 6.5 at 6:00 this morning. It would help immensely if I would go to bed before 11 at night. . . but that's beside the point. So, going off what I said on Saturday, I toned it down today. After I did my strength training, too, I'm going to keep that up, but will have to add to it after the first of the year, too. I still have a sore muscle in my leg - not the hamstring, but back of the thigh that goes behind the knee?? It's been really tight the last several weeks and no amount of days off has seemed to cure it. Not sure what to do other than try and keep it stretched good. Hope it doesn't become a problem in the future. |
