Did my tempo workout today. 6.0 - 1/4 mile 6.5 - 3/4 mile 7.0 - 1 mile 7.5 - 1 mile 6.0 - 1/4 mile 8.0 - 1/4 mile 6.0 - 1/4 mile 9.0 - 1/4 mile Wasn't sure how that 9.0 was going to be today, as I was feeling a little nauseous at 7.0. Halloween candy is evil! However, I triumphed today! No puking/gagging/etc. after the 9.0!! Now, can I do that 2 weeks in a row? The 8.0 didn't kill me, either. It's amazing that it's only a slightly slower lap than the 9.0, yet it feels so much more comfortable!! Great workout today! |
