4 miles of my tempo workout. Did the same workout as last week. Wasn't sure if I was gonna make it at the end, I was dragging! I was having one of those arguments with myself about slacking off a bit for the day or pushing forward. Obviously, the slacker side lost :) I've got to figure out why I'm dragging so much lately. Hope I'm not over doing it. I'm such a stickler with my exercise routines and don't give myself much of a break. However, the holidays are coming up, and I need the workouts ;) Maybe after the first of the year. . . lol. |
