4 miles at 7.0 this morning. Today was supposed to be my "sleep in" morning, but I was wide awake by 6:15. Add that to the fact that I heard the pitter patter of little feet upstairs and I knew at least one kid was up. Darn daylight savings! So, I decided I might as well get the workout over with this morning. Great attitude, huh? At least I was wide awake, so I didn't have to fight the tiredness on the treadmill. The 4 miles felt pretty good, too. Got a lot on my mind, so it feels good to run it all out :) Tomorrow is my off day, then my long run on Saturday. Probably only 10 again, because of so much to do on Saturday. Until then. . . |
